He frequently goes above and beyond what can be expected from the role that he is performing. He not only has a very thorough understanding [of] Soutron’s role in our organization, but he is willing to share what he knows in ways that make my job easier. When I reach out for support or with questions he is very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and thorough in his responses. He is patient with my questions and – I can’t stress this enough – explains things when they need to be explained in ways that allow me and our organization as a whole to make decisions and act quickly when problems arise. I don’t know if we are just extraordinarily lucky to have our questions filtered through a single contact, or if this is the Soutron model, but knowing that when I log a ticket Fred will be responding removes some panic when issues with Soutron do crop up.
